WHY ETV


Our approach is that of a long term financial partner to companies. The benefits of using ETV are:

  • Supportive, responsive and flexible: We understand that the path to a company’s success may not always be smooth and we therefore take a long term approach to portfolio investments. We structure transactions on a case by case basis to suit specific situations and cash flow requirements, and we stay close to management and investors alike, which allows us to be constructive in the tough times and responsive to opportunities and situations. As a result, the ETV team is focused specifically on providing venture lending to high growth technology companies and is not constrained by the bureaucracy and restrictions of being part of a larger financial organisation. This in turn enables ETV to provide tailored solutions and allows companies to raise funds quickly.

  • Risk Takers: Unlike a bank, we are prepared to take “true risk” in lending. ETV believes it can appropriately judge the risk it is taking when providing finance to a company and structures a package that provides an appropriate return for this risk.
